Welcome to the COS PHW Equipment Checkout Program! To request equipment, you must be an Active COS PHW Participant or Volunteer. Please note that submitting a request doesn’t guarantee equipment availability, as items are subject to demand and availability. Our Equipment Managers will do their best to accommodate your request and ensure you’re set up for success.
